What is the point of a 0900 appointment for a simple oil change that should only take 10-15min when I have to sit there for 3 hours. Takes 1.5hrs just for them to start on the car.

No longer a customer. Ask to see issues before approving extra work! Took my vehicle in for a regular service interval and was notified it required a CV axle replacement, $1000 repair. Took it to another shop for a second opinion and that mechanic saw no cv axle issues on either side.
This has been my dealership since 2005 and I have always been pleased with them. I had an appointment for a state inspection and oil change. I dropped it off yesterday lunch time for my appt today. I should have left then. As she is checking me in she says it’s time for certain fluids to be changed. Says they will take care of it. So I ask how much since she never told me. $414!! So no to that.
