The service is abysmally slow, even with an appointment. They have held my car for 6+ hours for simple work before. They contacted me to schedule an appointment for a recall, which I did 7 days in advance, only for me to drop the car off for almost 4 hours for them to not have the part and do nothing. When asked about this, I was brushed aside and given a bs answer saying that we don’t know the VIN and know what you would need. Destiny Neal and Yaseen were absolutely phenomenal in helping with my car service need. I know I haven’t (and many haven’t) had great experience with services done at a dealership. So I was nervous to bring my car in for my issue. I know for a fact that no other person who could have handled my issue the way they did. I’m so very gracious for their kindness, support and overall attention to my issue and getting a resolution. Both of them deserve a raise or bonus.
I would like to warn everyone looking to buy a car here, it’s not worth it! I bought my Toyota here in the end of 2018, while the “free oil changes for life” promotion was going on. I was between buying two cars and the promotion was what made me decide on my Toyota. In the beginning everything was fine, service was great and efficient.
