Kenyan Mullen was excellent as per usual. Got my daughters car taken care of and recommended what was needed in the coming weeks allowing to properly plan for the care of my 16yr daughters car. Kenyan shows he cares and respects that I don't have time for upsells or needless chit chat. My recent service at the service center potentially saved my family’s life. I cannot thank Mr. Joe Sloan and his team for correcting a situation that could have went from bad to worse. Originally, I came in for them to fix my tire and I was asked to come back the next day. When I arrived the next day, I chose to have them fix an my heater on the driver. Before they could even address the heater situation, they advised me that my brake pads had only 600 miles left in them. What this means is - I was below the red on the break... read more
