Morgan was our Closer. From the first contact she was responsive and got every thing set up and done in a timely fashion so we could close on time. Our Loan Officer complimented how quick she was to respond to him as well. Since we chose to sign in the Daleville office, Jennifer actually explained the documents and notarized them for us. She was thorough and easy to understand. Overall a great experience with a great team.
They have helped me with multiple closings and I've never had any issues with them. Very quick to respond to e-mails and friendly.
I have worked with many title companies over the course of my Real Estate career and I think it is important to recognize quality and exceptional service. I worked primarily with Morgan for a transaction and she was wonderful. Quick to respond and provide information, easy to communicate with and on the ball the entire process. I never had to worry about her side of the transaction being mishandled. I hope to work with her again soon.
