Its a shame- these are nice folks- unfortunately they don't check their work. Hey- everyone makes a mistake (even though that initial mistake would have been avoided if they had done their check backs properly) but even after finding the mistake it took them 3 tries of clearly not reading or paying attention or doing basic math to make it right and wasted a few additional hours of my time.
