As a realtor, the importance of having a great title company that you trust to do a thorough and timely job and communicate effectively with all parties is invaluable. I have been using Priority Title since 2002 and have closed countless transactions with them. Please if you have the opportunity to use a different title company do not risk it. It has been the worst experience and unfortunately it has cost me. Where other companies will have a more reasonable prices. The “lawyer” took this place to a different level, I gave one star because I couldn’t give any lower than that.
