My husband ordered a tire on their website. They gave us a tracking number which never updated. We did not receive the tire either. Then they told us that FedEx had lost the package. A new tire was shipped, or so they say. We received another tracking number. The new tracking number also is not updating. FedEx is indicating they do not have this package. Was a lil skeptical about the purchase, Jus seemed a lil to good to be true. But the ease of their website and the offers an explanation of them put any misconception to rest.
