My wife ordered 2 tires from priority back in December. Said they wouldn’t ship til January 12th but would arrive on the 20th. I understand inclement weather can cause unforeseen delays with the winter storms we’ve had but it’s February almost a month after ship date and we still don’t even have a tracking number let alone the tires that were suppose to show up on the 20th. Tires came. 3 of the 4 balanced fine the 4 tire took 7.25 ounces. Warranty is difficult to get processed in a timely manner manner. Bought a replacement tire to remedy the problem. And now waiting on the warranty to reimburse the extra expense.
I was kind of skeptical of the website, but then took a chance and say let me buy by this tire and see if it . The shipment was delayed because of the storm, but the tire came on time and it is in good condition. You should definitely buy From the website it’s legit and the tires are great. I will be definitely ordering from them again 🙌🏽
Our tire was late to arrive. Said it would get to the shop on Friday didn’t come until Monday. We were out of state and our tire popped at a car wash so it was an emergency to get it so we could go back home. After reading reviews I was worried we would’ve got the wrong tire but tire was correct thankfully. Customer service and the website were awful.
