**in reply to their comment: there’s zero chance tires were on a trailer seeing that I canceled the order within 3 minutes on a SUNDAY MORNING. Item has been sitting not shipped for 2 days. Customer service just states company policy and doesn’t actually help. Might as well replace that person with ai and save your money. Company has gone downhill the past few years
Tires came. 3 of the 4 balanced fine the 4 tire took 7.25 ounces. Warranty is difficult to get processed in a timely manner manner. Bought a replacement tire to remedy the problem. And now waiting on the warranty to reimburse the extra expense.
We received our tires withing 3 days. I am super impressed. The tires are beautiful. They look super tough and you'd think it would be a rough ride but nope. Our trucks smoothly. We will be buying more tires from Priority, for the other vehicles we have.
Ordered 2 tires, shipping was fast but I only received 1 tire. Called the customer support number and was told to send them pictures via email. I did and have not heard back from anyone via email or phone since. Not even a confirmation of receiving photos.
I was kind of skeptical of the website, but then took a chance and say let me buy by this tire and see if it . The shipment was delayed because of the storm, but the tire came on time and it is in good condition. You should definitely buy From the website it’s legit and the tires are great. I will be definitely ordering from them again 🙌🏽
