Mike Ferraro came with another guy because I had a severe leak under my kitchen sink. The leak was fixed by a plumbing company. Mike tore wood out under the sink and even visible wood you could see inside the house in the kitchen. My cats could easily go underneath the house from the kitchen and had to be covered with plastic. Thanks to Priority Restoration, my family and I were able to continue enjoying our basement area. Due to a burst pipe, the basement flooring was ruined. Priority Restoration came out to access the damage and reassured us that everything would be back to normal in no time. Just let me say that they were right. Best customer service ever!!!
