Update: this place is not willing to accommodate correctly to whatever the patient needs in order to get help after starting a a workforce program that releases me at 3:30. I requested that the office give me appointment appointments after 3:30 so I can still be seen. After the receptionist stated that they do not give appointments after 2:30. UPDATE: They basically used my sister to commit fraud and continue to pay past Care giver even though they hadn't worked for my mom in Months. Me being the new Worker has explained to these people a dozen times IM THE NEW WORKER. Gave them my ID , filed my paperwork took my TB test gave them tb test yet they continue to pay past worker. Complete joke! They never know what's going on. Never in office to answer any calls and when they do answer they barely talk English even in Spanish they have no clue what's happening. It's incredible this place is still open, whole lot of funny business going on here if you know what I mean. It's the only explanation, don't join their circus.
Tried to schedule a new patient appointment and was cancelled by the office twice. Whoever handles the phone calls/scheduling is extremely rude, unprofessional, and disorganized. Needless to say I will be finding another provider because I’ve been unable to start care.
They answer the phone professionally and that seems to be it. I had requested a cancellation on an appointment just for the receptionist to book me anyways and then considered it a no show. Then get rescheduled to then be told that appointment would be cancelled because the therapist went out of town for a month. No heads up or warning. Ive had issues with them confusing me for a different person as well and then for them to ask for my issuance after having only 5 sessions. I don’t recommend it.
