Had a nasty problem we didn't think we could fix. Called around looking for help but sadly everyone is busy. Priority did find some time later in the day and called me back to see if I still needed help but by some miracle we were able to solve our issue. I really appreciate the fact that we were thought about and they cared enough to call to see if we were still hip-deep in it.
