Thanks Priority Planning Solutions, I couldn’t ask for a better result. I wanted to purchase an investment property to save tax and improve my financial position. I spoke to Priority Planning and we investigated together, several opportunities and chose a block of land that backed on to a golf course and opposite a park that included a swimming pool and a playground. Thank you for all the work you did to help us select and secure our land purchase- then build the house we chose. You held our hands throughout the construction process. The builder recommended did a great job and completed the build on time in October 2016. The total price was $486.000 (total full turnkey). Four bedrooms, two separate living areas, two bathrooms and two lockup garages. You arranged for the new house to be fully tenanted from day one, until it was sold in January 2022. Not one day vacant. The sale price of $... read more

Working with Priority Planning Solutions made the process of building our invest property a very enjoyable experience, they sourced the land, worked with the builders and organised all the approvals, all we had to do was sit back and enjoy the experience which we did, special mention and thanks goes to Rick for making all this happen and guiding us through the process.
