I called this place to get an appointment for my ferret. While the vet knew what he was doing I was told on the phone that they did all shots for ferrets I drive 40 minutes to get there and find out that they no longer do distemper shots for ferrets. And could give me no explanation as to why I was told twice on the phone that they did. He said if I wanted them it would be $200 and would have to be special ordered which would be another fee. Dr. Gunter and staff were fantastic. We were first time customers and we will definitely be coming back and referring others. We felt very comfortable and all of our questions were answered in 1 visit. Wonderful veterinarian and facility.
