I'm a high level quadriplegic and after speaking with the lady on the phone spending close to $600 the lady just hung up the call with no thank you or have a nice day. Soumaya was her name. Completely unprofessional and had zero empathy towards me my condition or the fact that this ride is not covered and I'm on a fixed income.
Had my 90 year old mother transferred from the Montfort to home today! The guys were kind , Professional, polite and treated my mom like gold!! I was amazed at how gentle they were with her! Thanks guys! We really appreciate you! You will be the company we use again!
If only there was a way to give this a 0 for stars. My grandfather was transported from Ottawa general to kemptville hospital Friday February 28th in the evening. There was supposed to be an employee in the back with him but the second driver got in the passenger seat and closed the window so that my grandfather could not talk to them if there were to be an issue.
