Few weeks ago I called PPTS, and the experience left me furious. While I was stuck on an endlessly long hold, the supervisor forgot to mute his speaker. I could hear him speaking with a colleague, and both of them sounded shaken and frustrated over how their manager had been pushed out. Unprofessional. Two members speaking their first language while beside their client. Unprofessional, clients are left with a concern they are talking about them. Crew members using their cell phones while standing with their client. Stretcher left at the maximum height with client on stretcher and client left unattended. The service is NOT an ambulance service and staff are NOT paramedics, they need to stop presenting themselves as Paramedics and an ambulance service. It was the first time I ever looked for such service for my 80+ years mom. She was hospitalized due to a hip bone injury. I had to transfer her to home so I was shopping around. The initial quote was crazy. However, when I called on the day of service, they offered me a reasonable price. Two guys showed up Naveed and Masood. They were amazing people.
