I GET RIDES TO SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS AND THEY GIVE THE LYFT DRIVERS THE WRONG ADDRESS THIS IS THE SECOND TIME MY DAUGHTER HAS MISSED MAJOR APPOINTMENTS DUE TO YALL AND I LIKE NOTHING ABOUT IT SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ASAP THIS IS SAD AND PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!! LIME WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THAT????? ARE THE WORKERS TO LAZY TO SPELL OUT THE WHOLE ADDRESS????
I have had them for a long time and they were great but they don't approve anything anymore I have horrible back problems and they won't even approve my MRI I need them because I can become paralyzed anytime and every month with my medication it's always a problem I am switching companies I have permeant disabilitys and obviously they can't help
