Been trying to get hold of the clinic for over 3 weeks now by phone and email so I can find out my daughters blood results which the nurse said they would call back in 2 weeks and now been a whole month and no response from them. Every time I call which has been many times within a day and the last couple of weeks, the phone call hangs up On me after 6 minutes. I wanted to take a moment to share the outstanding service I received from a young man who answered my call earlier this week. I phoned on Monday, feeling extremely stressed and upset, as I had just picked up my daughter’s ADHD medication from our local chemist—only to misplace the entire bottle shortly afterward. I have taken my child to this practice many times and never once felt completely happy with the level of care, nor understanding either of us have received. During our most recent appointment I had the Dr raise his voice while rolling his eyes at my questions several times during the short but costly appointment. Moving forward we will be looking for a Paediatrician with an actual bedside manner & greater compassion
DR. Gamage and his lovely team were very warm and caring. They were so supportive and helped us to have an appointment easily. Dr. Gamage listened and was wonderful with my teenage daughter giving comprehensive health knowledge and a solid understanding of our concerns. Thank you Priority Paediatrics
