The medical staff are lovely. Reception is a different story. They never answer the phone. You spend ages on hold with no one ahead of you, only to be hung on.
Can't speak highly enough of Dr. Chen. I've been taking my 2 year old daughter to her since she was born. Dr. Chen is so respectful and so warm towards my daughter and I. I lost a baby girl 11 years ago to a rare genetic disease and I had concerns for my new daughter. Dr. Chen put my mind at ease and was very thorough with tests etc. She definitely suits her job. "I had the privilege of seeing both psychologist Asees Kaur and paediatrician Dr. Lalith Gamage at Priority Paediatrics today, and I am beyond grateful for their exceptional care. A big shout out to Paediatrician Dr Gamage, who has been an invaluable help for our family for the past few years. We cant thank him enough for taking the time to include regional/county trips to his busy schedule for SA kids. Dr Gamage has been very responsive in times of need, and helped us navigate several complex situations. We know he has the wellbeing of our kids at the heart of what he does, and obviously has a passion for his work. Thank you Dr Lalith
This review is purely a reflection on their reception/admin staff. Clearly they either aren't doing their job or the organisation has not hired enough to meet their needs. They NEVER answer their phone. It goes straight to hold then after 6 minutes on hold it hangs up. It doesn't matter what time of the day it is. This is not a new thing either. I had the exact same experience over 12 months ago. When you are an organisation that is dealing with sick children this unacceptable and needs to be escalated further.
