Should change their name because we were definitely not prioritised as a patient. Had my son’s ADHD/ASD diagnosis done here by Dr W. back in August, which in itself was not enlightening as a lot of the comments were simply our initial observations regurgitated back at us. My daughter and I did not have a good experience with Dr Goldfinch. She was dealing with Anxiety & ADHD. We wanted to treat the ADHD and he wanted to treat her anxiety. We deferred to him, he’s the expert right? We medicated her, got her some counselling and over the last 2 years we have returned at least 3 times and asked for her ADHD to now be prioritised and he just wouldn’t listen. So frustrating! Been trying to get hold of the clinic for over 3 weeks now by phone and email so I can find out my daughters blood results which the nurse said they would call back in 2 weeks and now been a whole month and no response from them. Every time I call which has been many times within a day and the last couple of weeks, the phone call hangs up On me after 6 minutes. I wanted to take a moment to share the outstanding service I received from a young man who answered my call earlier this week. I phoned on Monday, feeling extremely stressed and upset, as I had just picked up my daughter’s ADHD medication from our local chemist—only to misplace the entire bottle shortly afterward.
