Mike Ferraro came with another guy because I had a severe leak under my kitchen sink. The leak was fixed by a plumbing company. Mike tore wood out under the sink and even visible wood you could see inside the house in the kitchen. My cats could easily go underneath the house from the kitchen and had to be covered with plastic. The insurance denied the claim and Mike literally got his equipment and left saying he would follow up with me and never did. He just left the open areas with access directly to under the house.
