We had a number of different issues with this property management including having 200 dollars taken out of deposit for mold in bathroom and an unfair cleaning bill. Only problem was that she was advised of problem over a month in advance and she chose not to send the repair man. But when the lease was up she thought that I should foot the bill because it was not taken care of. She also charged $100 because bathrooms were dirty.
