Office staff Rachel and Christine were great, the plumbers who did the installation were great too. A very good experience.
Priority One has been an absolutely wonderful company to deal with. Several projects we called for were completed like it was their own property…. Very clean, professional technicians ( plumbers). We thank you, Randy, Zac and Steve!
I had a great experience with Zach installing my Expansion tank and PRV to get my PSI to 70 (was 110). He also fixed a leaking spigot and adding a lot of additional fixes to make me feel good about the some concerns I had on the water heater and water main. The price was very competitive.
It's not easy finding contractors for plumbing and heating that you trust and rely upon and just do a great job. BDL Heating and Cooling and their affiliate company, Priority One Plumbing and Heating, are just that. They're a company you can rely upon that will give you fair pricing and that you will get what you pay for. What more can you ask? Special shout out to Rachel Ward, their administrative assistant and permanent specialist, who is a rock star!
Had an issue installing a Symmons tub cartridge, ( bought on Amazon) HUGE MISTAKE!!!! Don’t buy generic ones, trust me.. I called Priority One and Zach got back to me in five minutes, (It’s a Saturday) And I explained the problem told him I have some know how- He said that I should just go to one of the block stores and buy a genuine part that they get this issue sometimes. Went to Home Depot picked up what I needed, And what do you know works perfectly well!!! Thank you so much guys Zach is the best!!!
