Had an issue installing a Symmons tub cartridge, ( bought on Amazon) HUGE MISTAKE!!!! Don’t buy generic ones, trust me.. I called Priority One and Zach got back to me in five minutes, (It’s a Saturday) And I explained the problem told him I have some know how- He said that I should just go to one of the block stores and buy a genuine part that they get this issue sometimes. Went to Home Depot picked up what I needed, And what do you know works perfectly well!!! Thank you so much guys Zach is the best!!!
Considered calling this company for work in my home. After what happened today I am definitely pleased that I didn't.
Priority Plumbing did exceptional work replacing my tankless hot water tank. They were reasonably priced compared to my old plumber based in North Attleboro that tried to gouge me with a quote double what I paid and was immediately ready to take $2500 of their quote. Priority will be handling all my plumbing needs in the future. Rachel was very prompt and courteous in responding to any questions that I had.
The service provided was exceptional from start to finish.
