This was one of the worst contractor experiences I’ve ever had. The shower floors they did were shockingly bad — uneven, sloppy, inconsistent, and nowhere near professional quality. The finish looked like this was someone’s first time doing it. They said they would repair areas, but instead they simply poured the product over the problem spots, which looked terrible and created sharp edges that could injure people.
