Whoever of your reps lives or owns a property across from Pleasant View on CR 20 needs to stop speeding going 50 through the school zone up the road. Especially during drop off hours in the mornings when it’s still dark out.

This review is long overdue... 5 star! From start to finish, my egress window was installed to perfection. The lawn was taken care of by placing plywood down where equipment was being used. Priority was the fastest, most cost effective and highest quality I've seen in a long time. Our window was exactly in the location we wanted it and when we came home that evening, it was complete. Thank you!

Stacey, Craig and the management team are organized , prompt, kind and professional. It was a joy to work with them. We can't speak highly enough of Steven and Mark who did our remodelling. They were unbelievable and so good at their job.

We had Priority One Construction replace our small basement window with an egress and they did a great job. They were very reasonable with their pricing, as well as quick and effecient. I will definitely be recommending them for anyone who needs an egress window.

Craig replaced our 22 year old egress window opening that had rotted out. Instead of 2”x6” treated lumber he recommended and used 6”x6” treated material and HD vinyl to isolate moisture from direct contact to wood. Very professional and He and his helper very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend them for new or replacement of egress openings.
