I can't speak enough about how grateful I am for Priority One Counseling and my therapist Carrie. We decided on using EMDR therapy to help with issues/anxiety that I had suffered with since childhood. After going through the EMDR therapy, my anxiety and the problems it created were gone! It was amazing to feel so free from something that had bound me for over 50 years! Highly recommend not only EMDR and Priority One Counseling, but especially Carrie!
