Priority One Building Services were appointed by our Strata Insurance Company. We’d experienced some water damages from the HW tank in one of the units a level above and several items had to be repaired. The replacement of the ceiling gyprock and the timber flooring plus painting throughout. Andrew was appointed as our Project Supervisor and he did a great job overseeing all of the repairs. I was very happy with the service we received from Priority One. They responded quickly and sent Jake out to replace a fallen fence. He did an absolutely amazing job and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Very quick turnaround and a very hard worker. 10/10 would recommend these guys to anyone.

If the insurance company is sending Priority One to your location, do whatever possible to ensure they don't come. They rely on Insurance call outs and will provide whatever detail only benefits the Insurnace company. We had 3 builders arrive at our property and Priority One were the only builder to leave off significant damages as they claimed insurance won't cover this despite both other builders listing these as damages and outlining these damages should and would be covered by Insurance. Very courteous and responsive communication, and high-quality execution of works. Some touch-up was required at the end, which was executed swiftly and to our full satisfaction.
