(KSNW) – The Kansas Department of Revenue civil tax enforcement and Andover police seized the business assets of Priority Motorsports Thursday which owed $633,723.49 in state sales taxes. Officers seized all known bank accounts, on-site cash, business inventory and personal property assets belonging to owners Brad A Phillips, Brook J Phillips, and Jeffrey J Horning. P.M. Motorsport is a JOKE! We bought 2 vehicles from them both have had major mechanical issues starting the day we bought them. My car was a 2010 GMC Terrain, about 1 month after I bought it a sensor went out in it, I understand its used stuff will go wrong but 1 month and 1 week after you buy them. Best part when P.M. tried reimbursement they wrote me a bad check! My mechanic told me it was from sludge build up in the motor. Had an ok buying experience. Now fast forward 4 months and these bums still haven't given me my title. Gave me dealer plates but beginning to smell a scam going on. Get this taken care of and I will change my review. I've been more than patient and accommodating. Get it right or the next thing you hear will be from an attorney.

Purchased a vehicle from this group for good monies, Now have a truck that is virtually a paper weight because they haven't given us the paperwork to get it registered and tagged . This has been since December 2016. Yesterday we went to the dealership in Andover to find Kansas Department of Revenue Investigators there, no company employees and have not been able to get return calls.
