All I can say is JUST USE THEM! They are GREAT!!!!!! I am a real estate investor who flips houses and owns both residential and commercial rentals. Jim Guest and Priority Mortgage Funding are now my lenders for life with any loans I do. I had a very difficult loan for my mother who is retired and Jim Guest went above and beyond to get it done even though it wasn't a very big loan ($417K). Her assets were in a trust.
