This is a review for the Merrill clinic and its receptionist. Recently switched insurance companies and new insurance will not approve the name brand of my current asthma medication. She is very friendly and informative and answers your questions and never rushes you and takes time to answer your questions and makes you feel cared for never felt that from any of the doctors at the clinics in the Rhinelander clinic. And she is super understanding of finances which is extremely rare for a doctor. Love her approach to caring for her patients.
