A bunch of idiots, I wouldn't trust my loved ones life with them.
AWFUL! No follow up whatsoever and nothing but excuses. They don’t greet you when you go in and it took over 3 weeks to get my mother a CANE! I just went and bought one. After over a week, I never heard back. Calling and complaining does no good. Terrible place for medical supplies. They obviously don’t care if patients get what they need or not.
Poor poor services. Anyone who give this place a thought to use does not have any sense.
My Drs office faxed them an order for a CPAP machine and I waited two weeks to follow up (because I was told it would take two weeks to get it approved through my insurance. When I called to follow up the pharmacy said they never got it. I called the doctor office and it was not only faxed but they had confirmation that it was faxed.
