“This was the worst medical care experience I have ever had. The staff were unprofessional, dismissive, and showed no concern for my condition. I had to wait hours without any explanation, and when I was finally seen, the doctor rushed through the appointment, barely listened to what I was saying, and gave no clear diagnosis or treatment plan. Worst medical centre ever. You need to wait for over an hour above your consultation time. If you booked an appointment here arrive at least 1/2 an hour late. Note: Based on mine personal experience and on experience of my friends. Not visiting ever again.
Very rude staff of the reception. There is no time management and need to wait more than a hour for general appointment. Had an appointment at 4:30 and had to wait for 2 hours. And reception is very poor called for more than hour but still they don’t respond or give a call back. When we ask for any question they don’t give a proper information. Oh my good, the receptionist are horrible, I call multiple time. To check my appointment time table. I was waiting 30 minutes when I call. No one pick up. They don’t pick up my call. Also I have notice every time I go there they do chitchat each other dose not care about patients. Be honest I really disappointing. The medical owner should change the receptionist.
