Nurses Zainb is very kind, polite and helpful
My usual doctor is great, although the last few appointments were cancelled so I had to see another doctor. This was a male doctor and nowhere when booking online does it say he does not assist “womens issues”. Anything I said came back to being rudely told “you need to see a woman doctor I don’t deal with women issues”. It would have been nice to get some sort of notification of this before booking, felt embarrassed to mention my pain which is a normal womanly thing. I had a worst experience with Dr Jamak Mansouri, lack of care and empathy. Dr. laughed at me when I showed her a request from my overseas doctor regarding my pre-exisiting condition. I was born with a heart problem, was looking for a chance for a GP to refer me to a cardiologist or request for further test yet she did not provide me any and insisted that she doesn’t believe I have CHD just cause I told her I had flu 2 weeks ago.
