Terrible experience overall
We have been satisfied with the services received by Priority to date & plan to continue utilizing the company as our partner. If there was ever an issue, the customer service from Jackie Mueller we receive is top-notch & always immediately available.
As property managers with scattered sites, we have worked with many landscaping companies and this has been the worst experience by far. When I objected to the company charging the 4% fuel surcharge on tasks that didn't require any fuel, they looked into our account, discovered they had missed sending out invoices and suspended services while our accounts payable did everything she could to get the situation straightened out and the invoices paid.
