The communication with this lab is spotty at best. The lab received my samples, but the app that handles the chain of custody had an issue. Instead of letting me know, they just ignored it. I've been trying to reach the lab to get my time-sensitive results with no luck. Their sales team is also unreliable, having failed to process my orders twice, and once sending me the wrong order.
Great food and prices
This place is absolutely horrible!!! Damn near 3 weeks from "an expert" to get back to me to explain findings. Message after message when crickets as response. STAY AWAY!!!!!
Send samples to them via overnight FEDEX delivery ( shipment labels given by them). It has been on hold in Memphis for almost one week with no resolution. I had to get new samples done from a local lab as it was an urgent order. Not only I lost all my monies, but also the goodwill for my client/realtor. You might argue this is a FEDEX issue but remember the labels and consignment was done by them. Not sure how am I going to get compensation for this. I will be very careful using their services moving forward.
