Review for Priority Home Solutions October 30, 2025 We are so pleased with the bathroom renovation work done by the owners and their craftsmen. They did a great job demolishing all of the old tile, rebuilding from the sub flooring up, upgrading both the plumbing and electrical before doing the walls, shower and floor. I reached out to Priority Home Solutions on behalf of my daughter and her husband, who own a modest home and are in genuine need of an additional bedroom and bathroom. When the representative visited, the very first thing he felt the need to point out was that "they are not the cheapest." While I encouraged my daughter to consult multiple contractors to make an informed decision, we had hoped for at least a baseline level of professionalism and follow-through. Ross and his team are very professional. We had a house expansion done with 2 rooms, a laundry room and a bathroom. Throughout every aspect of the expansion, Ross was totally involved. Absolutely the best contractor that I have worked with. Very easy to get along with and he even had suggestions as to how the layout of the expansion would work better than our original idea. I had a flooded crawl space on a Friday afternoon due to a sump pump failure. And to make it worse, rain was expected all weekend. Yes, I was panicking just a bit! Although it was very short notice, PHS sent Patrick over that afternoon. Patrick replaced the sump pump in a very short period of time. He was very professional and a pleasure to work with. I am very impressed with the service provided by PHS and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks!
