Priority Home Repairs and Renovations did a great job addressing issues caused by a burst pipe in my porch ceiling. Matt arrived quickly to provide an estimate and was very knowledgeable (including experience with insurance claims), and easy to work with. He teamed with Jeremy, who was on site most often to replace valves in the pipe and remove wet insulation, as well as replacing plywood panels with foam board insulation. Over the last year, Priority Home has remodeled two full bathrooms, installed LVP flooring, completed sheetrock repair, and other repairs in my house. Matt's responsiveness and communication were great. The work completed by both Matt and Jeremy was excellent, and I could not be more happy with how everything turned out. Had to add a more recent review since so many of their reviews were older…Matt and his team are so wonderful and I couldn’t have gotten luckier with choosing a contractor! I had an addition demo/rebuild, door install (replaced window), new kitchen, and new basement flooring. There were quite a few hiccups along the way as is normal with owning an older home, but they were absolutely amazing and helping come up with solutions that fit within my budget. I couldn’t be more grateful that I found Priority Home to renovate a bathroom. It was very important to us that this bathroom had a spa feel.
