Went in for medical certificate. Turned out it was incomplete and refused by centrelink. Had to come back 3 times! Still wanting to charge me another consultation fee for seeing the doctor 5 min. No help whatsoever about my wound . Doesn't make you feel welcome at all, just wanna take your money and charge top dollar for a very poor service.
The doctor was very compassionate, however I didn’t realise it was a one issue appointment. When I began to ask about another health concern I was told that was for next time. With 300klm between me and the surgery I don’t think I can make the drive for only one health issue per visit.
Friendly staff, quick waiting time caring and friendly doctors.
