Had the pleasure of working with Yolanda Seijos today. I have been a member since 1986. I have had many interactions with Yolanda over the years. She is extremely pleasant and definitely goes the extra mile to make sure you receive the attention you need. An amazing lady.

Mattie is a Member Service Representative. She is professional, knowledgeable, and highly skilled and trained. She was responsive throughout the whole process. She is always available to answer my questions and address my concerns. Her kind personality and cheerfulness had me feeling like we were old friends by the end of the process. I highly recommend working with her!

Yolanda Seijos is a wonderful employee and I consider her a friend. I only do banking once maybe twice a month and I look forward to seeing her each and every time. I hope she continues to work in Melbourne

Yolanda at the West Melbourne branch was absolutley amazing. She was so helpful and patient helping me cash out bonds! I have banked with them for years and have never had a bad experience!
