My AC stopped blowing cold air, 5 o'clock Friday ugh. I checked the usual stuff, breaker, filter, thermostat. All okay. Sooo, Saturday morning took to Yelp. Priority Cool responded with an eta of 1 pm. On the mark, Raydel showed up. Very pleasant young man. Clean and professional in appearance. My AC problem was a coil condenser fan motor I believe. Thay are the only company that I would trust with my air conditioning issues, honest, wonderful staff they are kind and considerate and Great prices
These guys are wounderful people and very friendly and they work with you I would recomend them very much great guys
I was having trouble with my air conditioner on a Saturday evening, I called and talk to Robert, he took about 20 minutes of his time to walk me bye what I needed to do, it worked fine for a day and 1/2, on Monday I called Robert and he’s brother arrived about 6:30 and by 7:00 they were done and the price was outstanding. I will keep them as my air conditioning repair personnel.
Disappointing experience with Priority Cool Solutions. Poor service, unresponsive staff, and didn't deliver on promises. Wouldn't recommend.
