I was going to use a grant to pay for a roofing job to be done. I had them quote it out and they were good and responsive at first. The grantor wanted me to make adjustments to the quote 4 times or so and priority construction slowly started becoming less and less responsive and eventually took days to get the revision to me. They eventually just decided they wouldn’t do the job and dropped me last second so now I’m scrambling to find a contractor to quote the job for me.
