I am not happy. I had to have my 5 month old vehicle in to get repaired because of an accident with a car part on the interstate. They had my car for over a month. I was supposed to get it back on the 21st of Oct, but then it was extended to the 28th because they needed extra parts. Ok fine. The 29th comes and they weren't able to get my car to me until the next day. The next day comes and they were waiting on the 4 wheel alignment that couldn't be completed that day either. Updating my review to include pictures of other damages this company did to my vehicle while it was in their possession now that I’ve removed all of the items they dumped all over my car. The work performed looked great however the 1 star is because of the customer service. I dropped my car off due to an insurance claim for repair and received my car back with all of my things out of my trunk scattered all over my vehicle. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had getting my vehicle repaired. I was told two weeks ago my vehicle would be ready by Wednesday/Thursday. That day came and went, and only after I called did I learn the part they ordered didn’t fit. They ordered a new one and promised it would be ready the following Thursday. Just glued things back together and when the glue didn't hold they tried saying it was my fault. They dont honor the guarantee, and ignore your phone calls. worse place ive ever dealt with, just trash.
