I just left the Chevrolet priority in Chesapeake they did a great service on my truck!!! Would recommend Kindel for service every time!! Very professional and very knowledgeable he was so friendly to me!!! Would give him a 10 star
Not sure why they offer appointments when you end up waiting 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Just being told well there's people in front of you isn't an acceptable answer, appointments should be prioritized over walk ins. Whole day wasted.
Took a long time to get my service done, cold and empty coffee containers in the snack machine area. For an over 4 hour wait, the waiting area was not inviting.

My Appointment was on Tuesday at 9 am. They did not do anything until the night shift. They found some things they needed my permission to do, but nobody could send a message to me until after 9 am on Wednesday. I gave them my cell number, when my truck was done they called my home phone instead, I was not home. So by time I got message it was too late to pick it up.
