Asked if I'd like to wait while truck was diagnosed for repair. I said I'd drop it off. They put it in the back lot and didn't get to it for 3 weeks. We t in to check on it, couldn't find it bc they logged it in under the previous owner despite taking my info on drop off . Found out they only have 2 mechanics. Only needed an exhaust sensor. easy fix.
I have never been more excited to write a review. Priority Chevrolet, Chesapeake and Robert Morales, provided me with the best service experience that I have ever had. It was the definition of "under promising and over delivering". Is it okay to say that? Appt was at 1pm for oil change. They did the oil change at 5pm!
Kyra was my service advisor and she was very communicative, checking on me and others who were waiting continuously. If I come back, I only want her!
Brought in a 2023 silverado 2 times with a forward collision system unavailable warning and crash light in dash was on. He first appointment i had to have the truck back and maintenance tech said it was a module so i scheduled another appointment. After the second appointment the truck was returned with light still on and maintenance tech told my service advisor the light was supposed to be on.
