My trucks been there for a month waiting on a starter mechanism and theyre still waiting on a part that I can buy online and get by Monday! Kendall is non responsive and I have to chase him down to get an answer!!
first it takes days to report any thing that's broken and only after I as the customer have to do follow up, second when you do actually get a person on the phone they never seem to get messages or voicemails third they are always quick to deflect it's never anything anyone knows about and the you get told I'll call you back and then see number one and two for results.
I’ve been bringing my cars here since the oil changes were $29.99. Unfortunately, about a year ago, they claimed they were under new management and they increased their prices. Not too bad though, because they advertised buy 3 oil changes and get the fourth one free. I just so happened to come for my fourth one and NOW they claimed it’s the FIFTH ONE that’s free. What the heck has happened to this place? Had an appointment at 0800 and they didn't TOUCH my vehicle until 530pm. The service rep, Chris, didn't call with any updates, didn't answer his phone, or apologize why it took all day. Not to mention my cab reeked of oil and my steering wheel and arm rest was covered in dust. This was the most unprofessional, lazy, and messy experience I've ever had here.
