Priority service department does not answer calls or return voice mails. I’m done with this dealership
I went to Priority for an oil change and, while waiting, I stopped in the sales department to ask James McPhearson when the 2027 Equinoxes would be available. He said that they weren't expecting them for a while but his research of new cars in the area showed that the exact car we were looking had recently arrived and was right on their lot! Thanks to James, it is now in our driveway! He is the best!
