The low star rating is not for the service the low star rating is for the transmission that failed at 145585 miles. The transmission had all the recommended services performed I have talked with a friend who also has a chevy impala and his transmission is starting to show signs of failure at 143000 miles. 🤔 looks like a pattern I could be wrong. But I think this should be looked into.
Do not buy or bring your car here for service. They are falling apart and never keep you informed absolutely horrible. It’s been the worst experience of my life.
I was in and out in no time for a state inspection!
