Great customer service! Jessica and Ron are both friendly. I’ve tried a few other services, but Ron by far was the best. He was able to get a stain out of my carpet that has been here for at least a year (it was here when I moved in, so it could have been there even longer) and made my carpets look like they were brand new. I highly recommend using them if you need your carpets cleaned!
Ron just pulled away from our house. We were in a pinch after our giant pup peed on our brand new carpet. He came out within the hour and made everything look good as new....and smell better too!! Because money is always an important factor, I will say his rate was great for the work he did. Ron offered great advice and spoke about how important it is to build long lasting customer relationships. We will definitely be using him for maintenance and on offs! Thank you, Ron!
I've used this service multiple times, and each time I'm amazed at how clean my floors are afterwards. I wouldn't trust any other company to have this kind of service at such a great price.
The carpets were badly stained and Ron was able to improve their appearance greatly. He is extremely knowledgeable about flooring and carpeting. He showed us how to avoid damaging our carpets when spot cleaning. I wish we had been able to talk with him before we purchased our last carpeting (from Marsh's Carpets in Elk Grove), which has been a disaster.
