Rod from Priority Carpet Cleaning was extremely professional and honest. He came out, did a thorough inspection, and explained everything clearly instead of just taking my money. Even though the carpet didn’t have visible stains, he identified a strong pet odor and let me know that cleaning alone wouldn’t be a permanent fix because it likely soaked into the padding or subfloor.
There aren't eniugh words to express Rod professionalism such a wonderful Guy, when I tell my carpet had not been cleaned properly since I move in almost 3yrs ago and when I tell you my carpet look brand new and smell amazing. Thank you Rod for everything I will definitely be scheduling for my bedroom to be done in a month. Im telling everyone you won't be disappointed it well worth it! Picks will follow
