Very disappointing experience. In my opinion, the service was not worth what I paid. Communication was poor, expectations were not met, and the overall experience felt misleading and unprofessional. I would not use Priority Cargo Australia Pty Ltd again and would not recommend them based on my experience.
East or West Nick/ Vera/ Maggie are the best :). Good and reliable forwarders to deal with.
I had an issue where the wrong package was delivered. Willie at Priority Cargo assisted me over email and had it rectified quickly, arranging the wrong box to be retrieved and my correct package to be delivered. Very helpful service.
