I am inquiring about your driver training program. Is it customary for your drivers to cross 3 lanes of traffic and cut off vehicles to make an exit last second because they are talking on the phone? Your van traveling west on George Bush and then south on the DNT did exactly that and shouldn't be in the position to transport anyone or anything. I'm a director and coordinator at a SNF in Fort Worth and have been working with this company as a 3rd party for over a year. Magann and Lorenzo are absolutely amazing. On December 4 I had an appointment scheduled with Ft. Worth VA but was unable to keep it as priority care added an additional rider and failed to transfer me to another driver. My pick-up was going to run me pass my appointment time. I might also add once your appointment is over expect to wait as long as 2 hours before being picked up to take home. Only use this service if comnpletly disabled and have no other means. I will use for Dallas due to distance but in the future for Ft. Worth I will give long thought before using.... read more
I never want to ride with this service ever, they never picked me up for my scheduled appointment on two separate occasions. They reported i was a no show. When I call them they hang the phone up on me. I did reported them to my insurance company. I'm an elderly person.
