Today I hopped onto Jim Wright Freeway around 10:25am-10:30am, where I was immediately tailgated by one of your drivers, who proceeded to get closer and closer to me. once on 820E this driver decided instead of passing me as I’m going 63MPH in the slow lane to drive so close to me that I can’t even see the grill of their vehicle; they start laying on there horn instead of passing and then they followed me to my immediate exit at marine creek and sped around me and break checked me, then went back onto 820W I was glad to see ... read more
I use this service for the VA appointments, usually they're great and I've never had a problem, today however I felt like I was in a hot box!!! Tx summer a hour drive and the driver had the ac vents turned on him and the rear vents turned off with windows up the whole trip!!! And it was on him I saw him adjusting it and the ac indicator lights were on!!!!! Extremely hot for a disabled elderly veteran...
Great transportation company!
Just watched their driver weaving on 75. As I pull up next to him he has a stack of papers he is looking at, not even watching the road. Looks like they deserve this low rating.
