Great transportation company!
Just watched their driver weaving on 75. As I pull up next to him he has a stack of papers he is looking at, not even watching the road. Looks like they deserve this low rating.
I appreciate the drivers that comes pick me up. They are caring, friendly, and good customer service. Always on time & let me know they are outside ready for me. Thank you for the service you provide. It is a blessing to have transportation provided. Also, I want to thank driver Thomas-Cannon for his friendly personality.
Great drivers
I have been waiting 50 minutes past the pick up time they gave me. Every time I ask for an update, I get a longer wait time. I’m at my oncologist’s office waiting to go home and have to say that my cancer is not near as bad as the service from “Priority Care”. My advice to anyone considering using Priority Care would be; Don’t. Hitchhiking would be a better option
