Incompetent staff and pediatrician- billed for services not provided, provided incorrect information regarding vaccination status and charged for unnecessary visits. Places like this give all doctors offices a bad rap. Scam office.
This is the worst pediatric office I have ever visited, do not take your children here. They lied to me about vaccinations to be provided to my child, refused to refund me for amounts charged for services not provided and were extremely rude. Before scheduling my appointment I was told repeatedly that my child required vaccinations and explained that was the only reason for the appointment. Dr. Jones is hands down the best doctor our family has ever encountered. She is an exceptional listener and has helped our family beyond measure. We are so very grateful for her and the entire Priority Care Pediatrics team!
