Did not respond to our concerns. Equipment we got was faulty. Poor service. Edited. This was for my mother. My sibling was the contact and I stand by the review. Edited: We did call you. My sibling went through our concerns but the rep we talked to was unresponsive and rather rude. So we cancelled. I appreciate that others have had success with your service however, that was not our experience.

Friendly, knowledgable staff. I had lots of questions and they took the time explaining the different options that are available. Like that they are an Alberta company.

Really impressed with the team at Priority Care with a big shootout to Tracy. They were great in explaining the service, very accommodating in getting and returning equipment and the service itself worked exactly as they said it would.
