I was very disappointed in the service that we received. Not only did we have to wait over 2 hours from the initial time given but the 2 employees that showed up looked like they didn't know what they were doing. They couldn't figure out how to get my dad off the hospital bed to the gurney, when they finally did, they didn't strap in his arm, so it was falling and hanging over. Finally get to the ambulance and they tired over 5 times to get the gurney into the ambulance with no luck meantime they are bumping my dad all over ... read more
