Giving them one star because they were open. Lab refused to draw blood to put in a vial even though all instructions were there and all materials were provided. Acted like I wanted her to run the labs. I just needed the vial of blood to send off to an out of state doctor so they could run the labs. Went to my car read all the instructions and went back in and reiterated I only needed the vial filled with blood and more excuses.
