I took my truck here because it was misfiring and the guy told me I had to change spark plugs and a few coil packs and come to find out nothing was replaced and my tubes were not on right one of my coil packs were not even plugged in . I had to take my truck to a different mechanic because it was doing the same thing and he showed me everything that was wrong
Not sure what’s going on at this facility I gave them a second chance on the owners word that things are better and managed great now. I had my vw worked on the car still has issues the same kind that it went in with paid over 350$ and the guy managing the phones and counter says “yeah just bring it back in we will look at it” The owner has not contacted me one time through out this whole crappy situation. This place has had my truck to do a camshaft replacement since 2-28-24. It’s currently 9-2-24 and they still have my truck with no finish date every time I ask. Allen has blocked my phone number so I have to go in and ask them every week when my truck will be ready? They literally tell me next week. Every week since February. I have spoken with Allen, Bryce, Brandon, Allen’s son and wife are all aware they have had my truck since February. There is no shortage of parts I can find any part myself for that vehicle. STAY AWAY! I went here for a creaking/squeaking noise on my front passenger side. They said it was the control arm bushings. They put in “new ones” but when i got it back it had the same noise. Found out they put in used bushings. So they said they will replace the entire control arm and bushings under the warranty. I checked and it was new but the noise was still there. I found out my struts just needed a silicone lubricant spray and the noise was gone! Did it myself. They told me it was 100% the bushings! Also they wanted ... read more
