They are friendly, and I believe their intentions are good and I'm sure they do decent work on civics, etc. But if you have an Audi, BMW, etc., please don't take it here. They have made consistent mistakes and did not own up to them, and it ended up being significantly more costly vs taking it to Audi/BMW even with their shop rate being higher.
