Nick and Jace with Copperstate, Prescott Valley, AZ, were so professional and personable in transporting our father home after hospital admission. Father is bedridden now for 2 years and the stress involved with wondering how we were going to get him home was erased with this service provided by Copperstate. I truly appreciate the guys professionalism.
Never have used this company but one of their drivers was aggressive to me on the road today. They were driving next to me in the lane and out of nowhere got behind me and laid on the horn…never once did he have on a turn signal or even indicated he was trying to get over. I've worked with Priority providers on multiple calls, and can't say enough great things about their level of service. Compassion matters, especially in the field! Worked with Demetrius and Regan today, they were outstanding! They showed the utmost respect, professionalism, compassion and empathy for the patient, the team in scene and administered the best of care! Keep up the great work!
On October 3rd, my husband had a major heart attack while shopping. Everyone that responded to his aid were focused and professional. Thank God he was revived with the CPR administrated by a nurse, others and EMTs that were there when we needed them.
Great service at our house for my wife a few days ago. Another Copperstate crew (Kaileb an his partner) helped expedite her release from hospital.
