I called Priority AC & Heat for services and they were at my house the same day. Eric responded quickly. He troubleshooted the problem within the first 10 minutes. He had it fixed within the hour. He was very professional and cleaned up everything. Pricing was very reasonable as well.

As a repeat customer, I take comfort with a locally owned business that truly follows principles of honesty, transparency, good craftsmanship and knowledge. I went without A/C in Pasadena for 3 days until I found Jacob’s contact information because I trust him and his employees. The technician Sean was knowledgeable, professional, clean and efficient as he took the time to discuss all options as we made a short term plan and a long term plan. Highly recommend.
