They restored the entire second floor of my home after a fire, and the quality of their work, communication, and professionalism was outstanding from start to finish. Twice now, I have used Priority One for water issues in my basement both times they have been prompt, professional and thorough. I would highly recommend them for any of your home and or building needs. Mike Streit is an absolute delight to work with. He’s helpful, knowledgeable, considerate, and most importantly knows how to make a person and situation more comfortable and manageable. Priority One (and Mike) = quality and superior service !

We woke up one morning last month to an entirely flooded first floor with no idea of what had happened. Our home insurance company connected us to Priority One and just a few hours later Priorty One had removed the water and set up equipment to dry everything out. Mike Stiel and his crew communicated and coordinated with us, the plumber, and insurance folks throughout their work. This is the worst company out there. They are like ambulance chasers. Our house was completely on fire, my brother had to be transferred to Boston because of his burns, I'm sitting on my neighbor's doorstep, there's police, fire dept. And ambulance and I'm in shock and a rep from this company rushed up to me and tries to get my business. Unfortunately I did hire them. Huge mistake.
