Mike and Robby are the best!! My neighbor had them and said they were great to work with so I called them. Nicole that answered the phone was great. The whole team were very responsible and polite. We enjoyed working with them and would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs them.

Lightning struck my gas meter and started a fire. The fire was extinguished, then the work began. These people really know what they are doing. Every one of them were very professional, courteous, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They let me know what they were going to do, when they were going to do it, and then did it. Priority One was not only prompt to respond to the call for help with water damage in my basement, they were professional and friendly. Mike kept me informed throughout the entire process, answered my questions and took the lead on contacting a local plumber on my behalf. Overall, very happy with this company. Cannot say enough great things about Priority 1 and their crew. We were out of town when we had a water leak resulting in damage. The crew came out within a couple of hours and started mitigation, even while we were across the country. They answered our questions, and dried everything out quickly preventing any additional damage. They were thorough, patient, and communicative throughout the process and respectful of our home and contents.
