We had water damage and mold on a wall that shared the family room and garage. Let me say first and foremost, they are 100% for the customer. Caroline, Mike, Nick and their teams deal with it all. The insurance adjusters, the vendors and the customer's anxieties. They are the absolute best in the business I would not only use them again and again but would recommend them to anyone dealing with a mess. They were our advocate every step of the way. BRAVO PRIORITY ONE!
Woke up to water in the basement, total nightmare. Called Priority One and spoke with Mike who was SUPER helpful and got things moving right away. A couple hours later, the crew showed up and handled everything quickly removing the water and setting up all the drying equipment. Mike recommended a plumber (he was great- will use again) who was at the house right away with a new sump pump. They made a stressful morning way easier to deal with. Can’t recommend them enough if you ever need this kind of help- thank you !!
Mike Ferraro came with another guy because I had a severe leak under my kitchen sink. The leak was fixed by a plumbing company. Mike tore wood out under the sink and even visible wood you could see inside the house in the kitchen. My cats could easily go underneath the house from the kitchen and had to be covered with plastic. My mother's condo in Wilbraham was hit by lightening in June of 2024. Anthony from Priority 1 Restoration was there at the scene and ready to help. He and his company took such good care of us at a very difficult time. They handled disposing of the unsalvageable household items and they took great care in protecting and packaging up the items that were salvageable. I can’t recommend this company enough. They restored the entire second floor of my home after a fire, and the quality of their work, communication, and professionalism was outstanding from start to finish. On a separate occasion, they came in after another company completely botched a water cleanup following a water main break.
