Carmen came in and replaced a section of copper pipe that had a small pin hole leak from a bit of corrosion that had started. He also installed a quarter turn valve that isolated a hose bib that didn’t previously have a shut off valve in the line. He was very professional, did an excellent job with the installation, and cleaned up all of his materials before he left. We had a plumbing emergency and despite being a new customer Priority 1 was able to send technicians out that same day. Both technicians were knowledgeable, professional, and reassuring! I highly recommend them - and will absolutely call them again going forward!
